Pilates is a low-impact exercise method where controlled movements, breathing techniques, and equipment (such as a Pilates Reformer) are combined for a full-body workout. It will help you improve posture, flexibility, and your overall fitness.

Weight Training combines free weights, machines, and resistance bands to target and fatigue specific muscle groups. You'll refine your form, build muscle, and improve your overall fitness.

Personal training is one-on-one fitness instruction with a trainer. You'll get personalized guidance to help you lose weight, build muscle, and meet other fitness goals, whatever they may be.

To deliver a best-in-class cycling experience while ensuring fairness and efficiency for all members, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:
• Arrival Time
Members must arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time to allow sufficient time for bike setup and preparation.
• On-Time Expectations
Classes begin promptly. Members who are not on their bikes and fully set up at the scheduled start time forfeit their spot, which may be reassigned to another on-time participant.
• Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be completed a minimum of 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.
• Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will result in an fee charged to the member’s account.
• Physical Ticket Policy
All riders must turn in their physical cycling ticket after class. Failure to return the ticket will result in a charge to the member’s account.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these policies help us protect class quality, respect instructor time, and ensure equitable access for our Pink Iron community.
